Parramore- This area is rich in African-American culture located just west of the central business district. Central Business District- The most notable area of Downtown Orlando. This is the hub of most businesses in the Orlando area. The Central Business Districts is also home to most of the city’s nightlife through clubs and bars.

Lake Eola Heights- Centered on Lake Eola Park. Lake Eola Park is host to many festivals and concerts during the year. The most popular is the Fourth of July fireworks show that draws around 100,000 spectators each year. The park has a huge fountain with nightly light shows in Lake Eola, walking trails, Walt Disney Amphitheater and playground. Lake Eola is the historic district of downtown Orlando. There are charming tree lined brick paved streets in this district with Florida-style bungalows. The area’s oldest high school is in this district.

Thorton Park- This area is similar to Lake Eola Heights with historical homes and brick paved streets. Thorton Park is more upscale than Lake Eola with many high-end boutiques and exclusive restaurants. The Sanctuary is a popular condo building with luxury homes. This are is famous for luxury condos and a more upscale city lifestyle.
