Raintree is one of the smallest neighborhoods in Hunters Creek a community of Orlando. This neighborhood is located off of Town Center Boulevard near the 417.

There are only 43 homes in Raintree built by Park Square Homes between the years of 1998 and 2000. Homes are traditional architecture with 3 and four bedrooms floorplans. Features in homes include multiple car garages, tile floors, open floorplans with living spaces near the large kitchen, master suites with large walk in closets and five piece master baths. Some homes have screened in outdoor living spaces and private pools. Homes for sale in Raintree are currently priced in the $200,000 to $300,000 range.

Raintree is just down the street from Osprey Park one of the largest parks in Hunters Creek. There are 7 community parks and 11 miles of trails that wind through conservation areas in Hunters Creek. The Village at Hunter’s Creek offers shopping, restaurants, cafes, medical offices and other business. Well attended community events include free concerts and movies in the parks, Fourth of July Celebration, Hunter’s Creep Night and Halloween Party and Holiday Festivities. There is a great recreational sports program for children living in Hunters Park. It isn’t hard to see why Money Magazine named Hunter’s Creek the 21st best place to live in America in 2011. Hunters Creek Golf club offers residents a premier 18-hole championship golf course.

Schools zoned for Hunters Creek are highly rated and many are located in the Hunters Creek Community.
