Lake Nona’s infrastructure is built with sustainability, as it is one of the most technologically connected communities in the nations with the fastest internet speeds and well connected cell phone towers and receptors.  Lake Nona Village, has an aquatic center, retails, shops, restaurants and movies, all the conveniences for comfortable living.  The area has 2 groceries stores, and plenty of development coming soon.

Easily accessible, the location of Lake Nona is connected with only a 10 minute drive to Orlando International Airport, quick access to on-ramps onto 417 Expressway, and Cocoa Beach just an easy 30 minutes drive. These excellent connections make access to downtown Orlando or other areas outside of Orlando a breeze.
