Erika is a highly experienced Buyer Broker knowledgeable about Orlando real estate and the surrounding cities. As a long time resident since 1989, she has worked with all kinds of home buyers first time purchasing, move up buyers, retirees, second homes and international investors.

Erika is experienced in all type of property sales; re-sales, bank owned, short sales, and new construction. If you are looking for new construction, look no further, Erika really knows the “in and outs” of new construction like no one else. As a New Construction pro, Erika knows who is building what and where, and will share with you the best buys out there.

In her downtime, Erika enjoys traveling, going to the beach and trying international food.
