Raintree is one of the smallest neighborhoods in Hunters Creek a community of Orlando. This neighborhood is located off of Town Center Boulevard near the 417.

There are only 43 homes in Raintree built by Park Square Homes between the years of 1998 and 2000. Homes are traditional architecture with 3 and four bedrooms floorplans. Well attended community events include free concerts and movies in the parks, Fourth of July Celebration, Hunter’s Creep Night and Halloween Party and Holiday Festivities. There is a great recreational sports program for children living in Hunters Park. It isn’t hard to see why Money Magazine named Hunter’s Creek the 21st best place to live in America in 2011. Hunters Creek Golf club offers residents a premier 18-hole championship golf course.

Schools zoned for Hunters Creek are highly rated and many are located in the Hunters Creek Community.
