Sawyer Sound is a housing community still in the developing staging in the town of Windermere. This community is located on Winter Garden Vineland Rd or State Route 535 between Ficquette Hancock Road and Chase Road.
There are 20 home sites in the Sawyer Sound Community. Each home in Sawyer Sound will be a custom estate style home with a minimum of 3,000 square feet of living space. Homes are exclusively built by Cam Bradford. Residents can choose their lot all ranging in size from .4 acres to around .7 acres. Some lots will offer waterfront land on Little Lake Sawyer others will be pond front properties and others will feature large inland spaces with plenty of privacy. In the Sawyer Sound Community buyers can choose the perfect lot for them ranging in price from $200,000 to $450,000 and choose from a number of custom model floor plans beginning at $800,000, the Isabella, the Addison, or the Sounding offering 4 and five bedrooms. Buyers can also work with builder Cam Bradford on a more customized home. No two homes will be alike in this community.
Ground for Sawyer Sound broke in September and the wall and gate area are already underway. This will be a gated private community. There will not be any community areas but residents will have options to add private pools and docks for lakeside lots to their building plans.
